what to do to have an OTA update for my mesh nodes. Is it possible to do that?

Have you taken a look at our DFU example from the Mesh SDK?

Do you mean like updating the mesh through a cloud? It should be posssible to do, but unfortunately we don't have a solution for that. You have to implement this yourself.
