Is Segger Embedded Studio Free for Commercial Use to develop for the nrf52 family

Hi,

I'm thinking of using Segger Embedded Studio at work to develop for the nrf52 family and maybe also for nrf9160 (will be using Segger Embedded Studio, IDE for Cortex-M).

So my boss is asking if we must buy a Segger Commercial license to develop the code for nordic or is it free if we are developing for a nordic chip?
