The JLINK driver is not working on my laptop although I see it; not sure why. When I plug in the USB a board LED flashes and I can change LEDs 1/2/3/4 with pushbuttons 1/2/3/4 but the laptop is not recognizing the board, it’s only supplying power to it. I've tried three Win10 laptops, two nRF52840-DKs, two usb cables. I've installed, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled the latest Segger J-link software versions. I installed nRFConnect and Segger debugger but they don't recognize the board either. I double checked the switch settings on the DK. I've also followed the miscellaneous advice found on the Nordic Dev Zone.
Any advice would be appreciated.
