In changelog 2.0.0,the X1 updated crystal grounding.

Someone Could give me a explanation?

Hi Betty, 

This crystal pad and load capacitor is grounded via the crystal, to the other ground pad.

This is to reduce noise, that are introduced on a two layer PCB. The crystal could also be grounded around:
