SHT20 twi scanner device not found

Greetings,

    I designed custom board using nRF52832 and sht20 temperature sensor. I defined sda and scl pin number of sht20 in pca board file (pin number 23 and 24). 4.7k pull up is given to sda and scl. When i test with example code TWI scanner it's showing device not found. But when I connect custom board sda and scl with arduino a4 and a5 pin and flashed arduino twi scanner code device address is showing. But it's not workinh with nRF example code.  Please help us regarding. Thanks.

nRF52832  is a 3V device - 4.7k may be a bit high for a 3V bus ?

Did you use a 3V Arduino?

What you really need to do is to look at the I2C lines with an oscilloscope (or analyser) - then you can see exactly what's happening.

I connected these two test point of SDA and SCL pin with arduino. In that case it's working. That's why confused whether it's an hardware issue.
