Crystal settings for using nRF5 SDK for BL654 module. Softdevice is not able to recompile

Dear Nordic,

I have some issue with SPI interface (MCU as master, BL654 as slave)

I can see correct signal from oscilloscope, and SPI mode and CLK is config correct as well

And I saw there is similar issue mentioned before, I need to set crystal settings correct if I use nRF5 SDK on BL654

https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/48136/using-soft-device-on-custom-board-with-nrf52840/190699#190699

But it seems that the crystal config is set in softdevice project. and softdevice is not able to re-build.

How could I make sure my new crystal settings is taking effect?
