nrf9160 development board doesn't work rightly

I have used the nrf9160 development board and it can works rightly. But from this week, it doesn't work. I can download my code to the board, but it doesn't work. When I press the reset button, there is no response. It doesn't restart. The following picture is the log I recieved. I press the reset button many times and there is nothing happended.

Hi!

What kind of application are you running on the device? From what I can see it's enabled with the MCUBoot bootloader, but it doesn't seem to have any (valid) code in the first image slot. If you want to restore the device it should be enough to call "nrfjprog --recover" on the command line.

I am using this example which is ncs1.2\nrf\samples\nrf9160\at_client to run on the board. Then I use LTE Link Monitor in nrf Connect. The result is shown in the picture. There is no response. When I press the reset button, it is still not work. I have tried two development board, they both have this issue.

My colleague can use this example to search network.

Thank you. In your initial post I see that you're the JLINK RTT Viewer. Do you still get any output there? In addition, please try to update the boards with the newest modem firmware.

The board configuration seems okay!

In my own program, I use LOG_INF to get information via RTT viewer. It gives some information. When I running the at_client, There is no log information. I have tried to add and let it print log information but there is no effect.

Okay. This is interesting behavior. How are you programming the devices? And did the modem firmware upgrade make any difference?
