I need to implement, say, 100 LPN + proxy and 1 friend + proxy, LPN are metering devices.

How can I send a value from a sensor to my phone without sending a request from the phone? Tell me what function sends data to the phone from the proxy server?

Hi.

Do you have the phone acting as a provisioned node in the network. In that case you can set up the phone to subscribe to the sensor node's transmission. Either that or you can use the unique unicast address.
