Hello,
What do you mean by BIS? Battery service? If so, the typical name for this in BLE is "BAS", and it is used in among others the ble_app_hrs example. Please refer to that as a guide on how to use it in a project.
Best regards,
Edvin

Dear Edvin,
sorry for made you misunderstanding.
BIS is Broadcast Isochronous Streams. which is in ble 5.2 protocol. it is a newer protocol. we want to know how to use it in nRF52840.thanks a lot.
Oh.
In that case, this is not something we are supporting yet. It will probably come at some point in time, in the NCS (nRF Connect SDK, but not the nRF5 SDK). I don't have a timeline. Please contact our RSM (Regional Sales Manager) for roadmap questions. Send me a PM with a link to this ticket, and your location if you need the contact information for our RSM in your area.
BR,
Edvin
