How to set the GPIO voltage to 3.3V when running off USB

Currently I am running one of the demo applications and have the nRF power source switch set to Vdd. The measured Vdd is 3.0V.  Is it possible to change this to 3.3V? I would like to interface some external 3.3V logic to the nRF52840.
