Please help to tell the meaning of the "built code" after the NRF51822-QFAA-R7y

There is mention "(H0) of built code. Is there any functional / firmware / hardware difference between different built code?

Hi

You can see details on what the various build codes means here for the nRF51822. H0 means that it is a revision 3 chip of the QFN48 package with 256kB Flash and 16kB of RAM.
