BL653 module with nRF52833

Hi, I am using BL653 module with nRF52833, I have an issue about using USB with normal voltage mode(I am using 3.3V external power supply).Do I need to left VDD_HV pin unconnected when using USB or VDD_HV pin should be tied with VDD pin as normal voltage mode says.

As far as I can see from the product specification, VDDH should be connected to VDD when operating in normal mode like Circuit configuration no. 3 for QIAA aQFN73.
