Our audio solution is not quite ready yet, but soon. 

If you want to preview the LC3 codec the EHIMA LC3 codec is available in a repo in the Zephyr project.  Nothing has been done to get it integrated with Zepyr yet. This is a "sneak peek" for now.

Will it be optimised to use CMSIS-DSP to run on one of the Cortex-M33 on nRF5340 SoC?

It is optimized with whatever algorithm is best at any given task, whether that is the CMSIS-DSP, other libraries, or homebrew tweaks. Our LE audio solution will be tailored for the nRF5340.

Why do you ask?

Obviously for better performance. I don't want my system to be slowed down due to CPU intensive algorithm.

when SDK is ready with LC3 implementation, does nRF5340-DK will be suitable to run or you are going to have dedicated development board for LE Audio development?

We are going to release an LE audio eval kit, but I believe you will be able to validate the solution with the nRF5340DK, at least as an I2S bridge.

I believe the eval kit will have both analog and digital inputs and outputs.
