We are trying to switch main MCU that we use in our products into NRF52/53 series devices. We've chosen NRF52833 (aQFN73) for one of these devices. Is it possible to use only outer pins when doing layout in order to avoid using Via In Pad technology? If it is, nRESET (AC13) pin is in inner portion, will it cause a problem?

Everything essential should be available from the outer pins.
Reset could also be initiated from a physical power cut like a button(more about reset for nRF52833).
The reference design for nRF52833 also shows aQFN73 with only outer pins, without via in pad:
Here is a project where via in pad was avoided and reset was routed out.
