nRF Connect SDK Stucked at updating tinycbor repository

Hi

I'm installing SDK1.5.0  in Toolchain Manager 3.6.1, but I've been stucked at this stage :Updating tinycbor repository  for 3 hours.

I think something wrong here, thanks for any help?

    Hi,

    In one of your previous tickets (266829) you had problems installing Toolchain Manager as it was missing from nRF Connect for Desktop, but I see now that you were able to install it. If the problem in your previous issue was caused by network problems, or by using VPN or proxy server, then the same issues might be the reason why the download is stuck. How were you able to install Toolchain Manager after the issue in your previous case?

    What version of Toolchain Manager do you have installed? 

    Have you tried uninstalling Toolchain Manager and nRF Connect for Desktop, and then reinstalling it again?

    Yes, network in ML somehow is accessible these days. So I installed it.

    But now it is blocked again. I can do nothing now.

    Can I suggest that Nordic put the module sources on Nordic Office Site,  not on githubusercontent? So that is accessible for anyone.
