NRF5340-DK doesn´t work!

Recently I received the nRF5340-DK. I tested and it was working correctly and as a test, I compile one of the ready solutions of NRF5340 of SEGGER Embedded Studio. Everything was working correctly. Now after a few days, I am trying to supply the device and turn it on it doesn´t work anymore. Anyone has any idea what can be the problem!

That's unfortante. Does LED5 next to the interface chip turn on when you plug in the USB, and in that case, does it stay on solid or blink? Also, what error message are you getting in SES?

Hello,
LED5 doesn´t turn on in any case (Battery, VDD, and USB mode). I measure the supply voltage with a tester and it exists in all modes but LED5 is off all of the time. J-Link says it doesn´t detect the board via USB!! 

The project I compiled as a test over it, I chose from the examples of Nordic which you can see in the photo below.

Thanks for confirming. So this indicates that the board is not getting power. 'VDD' is the correct Power source if you want to power the board via the main USB port.

Have you measured to see if the power button works?

The power button it looks working. when it´s OFF the difference of voltage between the first pin at right-up (based on the photo you uploaded) and the last pin at left-up is 4.4V and when it´s ON it´s 0.4 V.
If you need more information about the voltage of other pins please let me know so I give you more details.

Thanks for confirming that the power switch works. Please also check that the two switches highlighted in the picture below are both in their default position.

Thank you for your guide. Now the board starts working again.
The strange point is these two switches had labels and I couldn´t touch them!! I don´t know how they switch to other modes!!
