5340 1M i2C drive in ncs

hi support team,

customer is using 5340  1M i2c interface, and we find out that ncs 1.5 still don't have 1M driver, we have to modify the source code，may i ask the when R&D will add this function into the repository.

for customer development, it's inconvenient to change the source code from ncs 1.3.0 to 1.4.0 and now 1.5.0, and soon will be the latest.

I'm not too familiar with I2C library on NCS, but could you give some more info about what's missing ? 
I can see that 1Mhz is added in nrfx ver 2.1.0:
