radio notification error 8

i tried to implement radio notification in order to change advertising data but i had this error

when i put the periority to LOW i get this error, if put MID or HIGH the system blocks

what's wrong here ? is there any other method to update advertising data without using radio notification

Thanks for your reply, the type "ble_advertising_t " is not defined in SDK17.02 so i have error of compiling
