How to close an answered ticket

I opened a ticket, someone answered the question, I do not see a way to close the ticket or to reply to the person to answer the question. I don't see any "close ticket" button or any way to follow up

Hello,

To close a ticket that has been answered you may click the "Verify answer" button on the reply that solved the case.
This updates the ticket by setting it to "Verified answer", and increases visibility of the verified answer! :)
This makes it easier for other users who experience a similar issue to find the solution as well.

If no options show up on the answer you would like to verify, try clicking on the timestamp of the answer (right under the username of the user who made the reply), and see if the options shows up then.
