Memory requirements for multiple antennas via RF Switch for AoA

It is my understanding that the more antennas you use for AoA the more memory is required. I am trying to gauge how much memory and resources would I have left for other application functions etc. Could a tft/oled display be attached, for example or would this cause performance problems (hence nRF53 would be better). So I was wondering what are my constraints/limits for the three nRF52 SoC's that could be used for AoA. For example, how many antennas could you use with

- nRF52811

- nRF52820

- nRF52833

the nRF811 and nRF52820 is not suited to use as locators, due to to little RAM. But they can be used as tags.

nRF52833 is good to be used as a locator.
