I can not register iBasis SIM (website is showing "still working...")

I'm trying to register the SIM card of the 9160 DK at nRF Connect website,

but the website is always showing "still working..." for more than 15 minutes.

Do you have a hint for me?

Edit: I have also tried to register the SIM card via my mobil phone (no company firewalls). But no success.
