Angle of Arrival : Phase difference calculation from IQ samples

Hi,

We are using nrf52833 for measuring angle of arrival. We got IQ samples from the device we need to calculate the phase difference from that IQ sample.  please explain how to calculate the phase difference from IQ samples or any document available from Nordic?
