Toolchain Manager in nRF Connect V3.6.1

I have installed the toolchain manager and the nRF connect SDK. However, the "open IDE" tab does not appear. What is the cause?t

That's strange. Could you please provide a screenshot of the window? Have you made sure to press "Install" on the NCS version you would like to use first?
