Cannot find Bluetooth signal in mobile in external handmade FPCB with nrf52832

I've made a handmade external Bluetooth FPCB with nrf52832. 

I uploaded code with NRF DK board and checked that it is uploaded. So the circuit does not have any problem.

And also I've checked that it works well in Hard PCB like below. 

 

But in my external board, I succeed uploading Bluetooth code like below. They have exactly same circuit(Hard PCB & My external handmade FPCB)

 

The schematic of Bluetooth system is like above.

I knew that the impedance matching system should be different with the reference circuit. 

Nevertheless it is strange that the mobile cannot get the Bluetooth Signal from external FPCB at all. I tried to catch the signal while putting my mobile near the FPCB.

I don't know what the problem is.

Most probably, the RF performance will be low on both your designs since you don't have ground plane on both sides. It doesn't work will routing ground with tracks. You need to connect all grounded components to the ground plane. The top and bottom ground planes must be have vias to connect them firmly together. But you should be able to get at least a very short range. What's the spec of your crystal and the values of the load caps you're using?
