 Can a provisioner work as a client connect to  a server 

how do I set on the phone app(iPhone 10s)

in example/light_switch I did not do any change on the example

I can just directly connect the switch to light

but can I connect the switch to the provisioner and then connect to the mesh light??

Hi.

The provisioner (on your smartphone) can be used to provision and configure the nodes in your network.

If you are working with the light switch examples in our nRF5 SDK for Mesh you can use the nRF Mesh app to provision these.
