Connection speed between two nRF chips

Having in mind an application that is comprised of two nRF devices (can be two 52833 or 5340 or any combination of these).

One to act as a Central, the other to be Peripheral.

Given operating in open space (no walls or any notable barrier in-between) and the distances up to about 10-15m, what connection speed to be expected ?

In other words, how fast the discovery and connection can be established from the moment the devices come into that distance range? Are we talking about miliseconds, few hundred of msec or probably 1-2 seconds or longer ?

    This will mostly depend on the scan window and scan interval that is used by the scanner, and what advertising interval the advertiser is using. See this figure:
