What is the ADC internal reference voltage (0.6V) tolerance at room temperature and over the full operating temperature range?

Or is it same as the value specified in the table 7.6.5.1 COMP electrical specification for bandgap reference?

At room temp, the accuracy is +/-0.2%. Over the full temperature, typical numbers are +2 -3%

Thanks Ketijo is it possible to provide values for different temperature ranges like 

0 to 60C
0 to 85C

Sorry, we don't have these numbers on hand, only for the full temperature range. 

The accuracy is worst at the ends of the temperature range. So at 85 degrees, you are at -3%. A little less at 60 degree. For 0 degrees, nut much happens from room temperature. So maybe +/-0.5 %
