Sometime ago, i happened to know something controlled by mobile(smart phone)

 

So I would like to make a avr circuit controlled by android or ios application, using NRF24l01P, through wifi or bluetooth communication.

 

first i will make a mobile application for transmitting data.

and make a avr circuit for receiving data.

i'm thinking using "NRF24l01P" as a receiver built in avr circuit.

Is it possible?

The nRF24 series do not support Bluetooth or WiFi.

Nordic do not have WiFi chips; for BLE, you would need an nRF52:

Note that these is complete Systems on Chip (SoC) - both radio and processor - so the AVR would be redundant.

I would strongly suggest that your start with a Nordic development kit (DK):

That gives you a  ready-to-go platform, complete with built-in debugger/programmer - so all you need to get started.

All the examples in the SDK come ready-to-run on this board.
