I am using the NRF24l01 for my products and looking to buy in bulk(100-1000). Now I know where to buy the just the IC but antenna design is a hard point to break right now. I heard ceramic antennas don't work very well and designing a PCB antenna just like the one on the breakout boards is also a major challenge. Plus the breakouts are already tested and work the way they should. Anyone know of a reliable source of the NRF24l01 breakout boards? I know you can go on Alibaba or some Chinese manufacturer and find these boards in bulk but I already have had a issue with fake chips from these manufacturers.
