FCC Certification for nRF9160 SiP in Circuit Board

If I use the nRF9160 SiP in my circuit to build a PCB, what additional FCC certification will I need as a result of using the nRF9160 SiP?

That will strongly depend on the carrier, at least in the US. Some will accept the FCC ID the module already has, others will insist you get a new ID. 

In case the existing ID is reused, you need to use an antenna with the same or lower gain than what was used in the original FCC approval, keep the antenna more than 20 cm from a person and no co-located transmitter.
