Pass conn_handle in all ble_nus_c events

In the NRF5 SDK 17.0.2 ble_nus_c.c are two calls to the evt_handler without setting event.conn_handle.

Please find attached a patch to fix this for on_hvx() and ble_nus_c_on_ble_evt()

Looking into it. Not sure if I'll be able to track down the reason for this change not being added for SDK v17.0.2, but I'll let you know if I find out.
