LTE Network detected, but can't connect. (iBasis, Swisscom)

My thingy:91 does not connect to the LTE network. However it does detect the Swisscom network (Switzerland) and shows it as available.

I did:

  • update the modem with mfwnrf9160123.zip
  • update the firmware with thingy91_ltem_2021-03-04_8e8c6089.hex

The Case is similar to this: Case ID: 24046.

Do you have a solution for this?

I use the provided iBasis SIM which should be supported in Switzerland.

    Now I followed all steps:

    1. write img_fota_dfu_hex/debug/thingy91_ltem_2021-03-04_8e8c6089.hex to nRF9160

    2. write img_fota_dfu_hex/thingy91_nrf52_connectivity_bridge_2021-03-04_8e8c6089.hex to nRF52840

    3. Opened Trace Collector, selected 2nd serial port, disabled Auto device/port filter and started capture.

    But still there is no data collecting by the trace collector as you can see on following picture:

    any further ideas?
