sscanf causes fault on NRF9160

Hi,

I'm working in the asset tracker v2 project and currently I need to do a simple hex to char array conversion. This entails using sscanf. However the use of sscanf consistently produces a fault (z_arm_exc_spurious) even with the simple code below.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

sscanf() is provided by newlib. Try setting these

CONFIG_NEWLIB_LIBC=y
CONFIG_NEWLIB_LIBC_FLOAT_PRINTF=y
CONFIG_NEWLIB_LIBC_FLOAT_SCANF=y

Thanks for the response. It turns out I had a large buffer that was likely exceeding the stack limitations and the sscanf was a red herring.
