Integration AI in Thread/BLE Network

I have successfully built the Dynamic Multi-protocols network with Thread and BLE, and used Raspberry Pi 3B + as Gateway
Now I want to integrate more AI into the system, but I do not know what ideas to follow and start from pain.
Hope to be suggested by everyone

I suggest taking a look at this article and the tutorials on the bottom of it. You might also want to check out Edge Impulse's getting started guide, as well as their forum.

As far as I can see, this is a 3rd party application, it supports very well for what I need.
But I want something more research and self-developed.
Because using tools like this in a master's thesis or a research topic doesn't seem very good.

I understand.

Sadly we don't have any tutorials about this right now, there is nothing besides Edge Impulse that we support and can vouch for easily working on our products. You could ask on Edge Impulses' forum if they have any ideas (for instance maybe uploading a premade model is possible, and only using the software to build the model into a binary). Otherwise, how about using the RasberryPi for the AI part of the project?

You could look also look into "AI for microcontrollers", but once again: I can't promise that it will work.
