Problem creating project using nRF Connect SDK Tutorial - Part 1 | NCS v1.5.0

I wanted to start creating my own programs outside of the SDK directory structure, but can't get the simple tutorial example to work.  I've seen the issues with spaces in directory names, but that isn't my problem.

I have installed via Toolchain Manager and I have been able to build and run samples, but can't get this simple hello_world example to even create a project. Is there a log output to see what error is occurring?

Hi, 

Try to delete the build folder and create it again. 

Not sure the project is created correctly or not. You could test with the hello_world zephyr\samples.
