SWI4_EGU4_IRQHandler during SPI communication

Hello, Support team.

Our boards do SPI communication to read sensor data.

Basically It works well. I checked that It operates more than 5 hours.

But only one board operates abnormally.

After 2 minutes after power-on, SWI4_EGU4_IRQHandler occurs.

 

Could you suggest me why SWI4_EGU4Handler occurs?

Hi,

SWI4/EGU4 should not be used by the SPI(M) driver, so this must be caused by some external issue, or an overflow somewhere. Are you using/configuring SWI4/EGU4 for anything in your application?

What is the value of the &(bufp[i]) variable, and len parameters? 

Could you post the whole project for a review?

Hi,

I might not used SWI4/EGU4.

bufp is data_raw_angular_rate. Two has same address 0x2000ffa0. And len is 6.

Data type of data_raw_angular_rate is union.

Hard to say what is causing this issue, but my guess would be an overflow somewhere, or a variable going out of scope, etc.

Are you able to reproduce the issue, or did it only happen once?

Yes, It is reproducible in an board always.

I guess it might be HW issue, Since other boards works well.

Today I  checked that other board operates for 22 hours without any error.

Ok, let me know if you are starting to see this issue appearing on other boards as well.
