CPU is not halted, Failed to download RAMcode

[Hello]

Hi, I am working with nrf9160 using Segger Embedded Studio and J-Link. I could build the code but not able to download the application. 

I am getting error as CPU is not halted, Can not read registers x (Rx) while CPU is running.

Which version of the NCS are you operating with? Could you provide me with the Output log?
