When will the Continuous Glucose Monitoring Service be added to the S110, S120, & S130?

I see that Nordic was a Bluetooth SIG contributor to the Continuous Glucose Monitoring Service (CGMS) and that it was adopted on Nov 18, 2014. We have an immediate need for a major client.

When will the CGMS be added to the S110, S120, & S130?

Is there an alpha or beta version of this service?

Hi

I don't think we have an example with this profile currently in the making. However, since S110, S120 and S130 implement generic GATT server, you can implement any service you like in your application on top of that. From the service specification for the CGMS you can add the service and any characteristics to the profile in your application in a similar way as e.g. the heart rate service or battery service are added to the heart rate example in the nRF51 SDK
