nRF52833 HFCLK controller PPM frequency offset

so I want to know In nRF52 serials chips, How much  HFCLK CONTROLLER ppm is the frequency offset distribution and production FT control range? Do you have any data for showing us?

When MCU is running on the internal RC HFCLK, then you can find tolerance here:

However, for BLE and other radio protocols, then you need an accurate external 32MHz crystal, then the tolerance will depend on the crystal manufacturer you are using. We specify the max tolerance for the external crystal here:
