NRF Mesh App Crashing When I Try to Reset Node

I'm running NRF Mesh3.1.5 in Android on my Galaxy S10.  I'm following the steps in the Bluetooth Mesh Developer Study Guide and can connect to the Switch an Light nodes as described. The trouble I am having is when I try to reset the switch node so that it will change the provisioned state back to the unprovisioned state, the app crashes every time I select Reset Node. The message nRF Mesh keeps stopping pops up. I tried rebooting the phone, and even uninstalling and reinstalling nRF Mesh, and still see these errors.  Is there something I'm missing or a work around so I can reset these nodes back to their unprovisioned state and follow the Study Guide steps from the beginning?

I haven't seen any issues regarding this before.

Could you add which android version you are running on your phone? Have you tested on another phone (model, os, version)?

The android version is 11. Kernel version 4.14.190-21058543-abG973USQU5GUCG  Have not tested on another phone.

I do remember a couple months ago I was able to get through the Mesh Developer Study Guide examples, but I don't recall if I had tried to reset any nodes back to their unprovisioned state at that time.

I've forwarded the information to our mobile developers to that they can look at it. 
I haven't had an Android phone available for testing yet, but we will try to reproduce the issue as well.

We have tried reproducing without any luck. Which SDK version are you using? Is this related to NCS or nRF5 SDK for Mesh?

Have you made any modifications to the examples?
Do you make any specific changes after provisioning; Adding any group addresses etc?

I followed the steps given in the Bluetooth Mesh Developer Study Guide which can be found here: Bluetooth Mesh Developer Study Guide v2.0 | Bluetooth® Technology Website. Interesting - after following the instructions in Section 4 pg. 29 and reprogramming the Light and Switch nodes, the NRF Mesh app is no longer crashing when I try to reset a node from the phone and appears to correctly reset the node back to its unprovisioned state. I was able to reset both nodes, and as expected for having been reset to unprovisioned, they do not show up when looking for provisioned nodes. Per the Study Guide section, both Light and Switch are set to subscribe to address 0xC000.
