challenge for adding and using libraries

Hello

I am working with nRF5340 and made the project according to "the first step to build". I want to add some libraries to my project but I can not. The libraries I want to add is located at C:\Users\ali.ahmadi\ncs\v1.5.0\modules\lib\openthread\third_party\NordicSemiconductor\nrfx\hal. How can I add them? Also, the solution  >> option >> preprocessing configuration is not available when I make a project according to  "the first step to build". Then how I have to add the other libraries without any problem when I build !!
