nrf9160 AT%NCELLMEAS reports only 1 cell

Hi,

I do not get any neighboring cells reported using this command. Is one particular state required to receive information regarding neighboring cells?

Hi mschweig, and sorry for the late reply.

There are still no SIB3s from the cell found after you send %NCELLMEAS.

But, there seems to be other cells in the area that are broadcasting SIB3. Could it be those you are referring to?
