After Install the nRF Connect Desktop, i got the fail below here is not populating the default options to work the the modules. How can I fix that?

Hey Jonny!

That is weird. Does this blank screen appear as soon as you start the software? 

Have you tried reinstalling it? And what OS are you using?

Yes, I've tried to reinstall the application, but still with same issue. I m using Windows 10.

I also deleted the whole .exe and extensions on the computer. 

I had installed the same app in different computer and everything is working as expected

Could you try removing the file C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect\settings.json ?
