The tape reel information of nRF5340

Hi Sir,

We tried to download the nwp_024, and check the tape reel information of nRF5340.

But we could not find the nRF5340 lists in "table 2. Carrier tape dimensions" or table 3 or table 4.

According to the datasheet of nRF5340 v1.1, the nRF5340 had supported the WLCSP package.

Could you help to provide the tape reel information of aQFN/WLCSP of nRF5340 for reference?

QFN and aQFN are both 7 x 7 and have the same carrier tape. nRF52840-QIAA and nRF52833-QIAA are (aQFN73) and nRF5340 is aQFN94, but all are 7 x 7

Could you also help to update it?

And the MSL of WLCSP is also "1"? (a reference to 52840)

The MSL of the 53 WLSCP is 1, same as for the 52840. The Product specifications will be updated to include the WLCSP info.

As for the Carrier Tape dimensions the following is the info for the WLCSP 5340 package.
