How to get Android or iPhone unique identify id instead of changing MAC Address.

My SDK is 15.3.

As I know, Android and iOS MAC address is going to change when smartphone reboot in random.

I want to store several smartphone id at 52810.

This unique id is a no-changed id to recognize smartphone.

How to get this no-changed smartphone unique identify id?
