I have implemented nRF5_SDK_17.0.2_d674dde\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_beacon\pca10040\s132\arm5_no_packs code for iBEACON.

I am able to run it and able to see the advertised data. My query is that if iBEacon id specific for Apple phone then i am even able to see the advertised  data on my android phone. This is happening then what is the benifit of ibeacon format.

iBeacon protocol is defined by Apple on top of normal BLE advertising packet. So it can be scanned by any BLE scanner. 
The point of the iBeacon protocol is that it provides extra level of privacy and support Apple's defined features. For more information about the iBeacon format please check on Apple's developer site.
