NRF52840 Silicon errata 204. Does this impact SD S140 V6.1.1?

I was reviewing the silicon errata for Rev2 of the Nrf52840 and I found this.

[204] RADIO: Switching between TX and RX causes unwanted emissions

This anomaly applies to IC Rev. Revision 2, build codes CKAA-Dx0, QIAA-Dx0.

It was inherited from the previous IC revision Engineering D.

Symptoms

Unwanted emissions are experienced when switching from TX to RX.

Conditions

Switching from TX to RX without using DISABLE.

Consequences

Unwanted emissions occur on the channel used for RX.

Workaround

Always use DISABLE when switching from TX to RX.

Question

Is the S140 v6.1.1 SD impacted by this and does it fix this issue?

Hi

The SoftDevices are not affected by erratum 204, as they always transition radio states through the DISABLE task.
