NRF52840 DK board Suddenly stopped Working

Hi 

I have been using this DK board since 8 months and it was working fine, but suddenly when i plugged in today its not working 

1. No LED's are ON (Not even LED5).

2. No COM port is showing up.

3. it used to show up a folder with embed firmware when it connected but now its not.

NOTE: I can see voltages at VDD pin and 5v pin.

i have tried with latest J-Link version (5.20a) also. but no use, and since i cant even see COM port i was failed to try with J-Link Commander.

Because of this problem our Development of multiple Projects have been stopped, so please understand the situation and Looking forward to see quick replay.

Hi,

The problem was with the switches position my SW6 was pointing to nRF ONLY, then i changed it to DEFAULT and its working fine now

I know this is way after the fact but this just bit me as well. SW6 got moved when transporting board to and from home to continue working. Doing a search for SW6 in "Sniffer API Guide" does not turn up anything. It is mentioned in setion 8.4.2 of "nRF52840 Development Kit"  but when I browsed over this, it was not clear that "nRF Only Mode" means the DK stops working and appears dead. This really needs to be highlighted to save others hours of work (plus the expense of ordering needless replacements and the time waiting for delivery). I suggest checking SW6 be emphasized in "Trouble Shooting".
