Debug is not executing in custom Nordic Board

Hi,

We have Nordic custom board. flashing simple c program to custom board is done fine.

cant able to get expected result. so we tried for step by step debugging. but

when i start debugging , debugging is not start from main. it is hanged at fallowing two instruction.

0xFFFFFFFC 0000 MOVS r0,r0 0x00000000 FFFFFFFF DCD 0xFFFFFFFF ; ? Undefine.

but i checked same application with nordic evaluation board.

there debugging is working fine.

Kindly suggest us what will be issue in custom board.

DCD should be a Keil assembler directive .

Here need a help from a windows/Keil guy.
