Did the chip on nRF52840 be supplied higher DC voltage can improve RF performance?

Some transciver can improve RF performance like output power and EMV, through supply higher DC voltage. Did nRF52840 have the same characteristic with BLE? Is that high votage mode?

Hi,

The transceiver is affected by the supply voltage. Both the receiver sensitivity and the transmitter output power is dependent on the supply voltage.

See the 2.4GHz radio electrical specification, figure 23 and 24 show the output power at maximum and 0dBm TXPOWER and figure 25 show the receiver sensitivity.
